Before you write

  • Members and borrowers: for balances, loans, savings, or statements, contact your SACCO or organization's office first. Your administrator uses Pixa SACCO on your behalf; we typically cannot access or change your records without them.
  • Signed-in users: for bugs, permissions, or training, contact your organization's Pixa SACCO administrator (often under Settings or Users).
  • When emailing us, include your organization name, role (if applicable), and a short summary with steps to reproduce issues.
